Titan water heater is not working. Green light on, all red lights (LEDs) off

If your Titan water heater is not working and only the green light is on when you open the hot water, this is the way to troubleshoot it:

Let the hot water tap run, press and release the red button (up button); if no red LED turns on, it could either be a damaged electronic board or problems with the activation system (flow switch, spring, reed switch). Check for sediment built up in the cold water side (inlet) which might prevent the proper movement of the flow switch inside the tube. Make sure the magnet of the flow switch is not corroded. If the components of the activation system look good then probably the electronic board is bad.
